I understand you are having trouble updating apps on the Mac App Store. Is the issue only with these four updates? Are you able to download a free app from the Mac App Store?
The first thing I would suggest is to sign out of the Mac App Store, and restart your computer. This will establish a new connection to the internet.
Before clicking on the Mac App Store, visit the Apple ID page below and confirm that you are able to sign in with your Apple ID and password. While you are in your Apple ID account, check the billing section to make sure everything is up to date and there are no blank fields.
Change or remove your Apple ID payment information

Click on the Purchases tab. Try updating only one application at a time.
If the issue persists you can delete the app from the Applications folder in Finder and redownload it.
